Shipping

All made-to-order items will take 1-3 weeks to be prepared for you before it is shipped.

All in-stock inventory will take 3-5 business days to prepare for shipment.

For all international orders, all customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Please email Kait & Crowne at contact@kaitandcrowne.com to initiate an alteration/exchange, including details and photos of problems.

Kait & Crowne has a 7-day exchange policy, which means the customer has 7 days after receiving the item to request an alteration/return.

Made-to-Order Garments: Due to the nature of individually "made-to-order," Kait & Crowne does not offer refunds. However, up to one alteration or exchange (if Kait & Crowne has sufficient fabric in stock) is eligible for each "made-to-order" purchase.

The client will be responsible to pay for shipping the garment back to Kait & Crowne, but Kait & Crowne will cover shipping the freshly altered item back to the client.

If Kait & Crowne no longer has the necessary fabric available to complete an exchange, due to a significantly larger size being required (i.e. an alteration is not possible), the order will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Ready-to-Ship Products: All other ready-to-ship products may be returned/refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt. The refund will be issued once the product is back in the Kait & Crowne studio and has passed inspection.
